Booking our reservation was very easy, arriving here with our 4 digit code was an interesting way of getting us to their social media the location was easy. Inside. What a find! Food was excellent and so was the service. The mugwort chocolate cake highly recommend. Noto beef addition was great. Very... nice evening. Very cool fitout of restaurant for something different in Kanazawa!

Dont go as a vegetarian, you get some unappetising vegetables such as 1 spoon of raw capsicum and 3 slices of avocado. If you eat fish it can be an artful experience, but as a vegetarian its a joke.

Extremely good raw fish in a very nice atmosphere. The service was an excellent mix of courtesy and attention to the customer.

The food was outstanding—truly excellent. Unfortunately, the service brought our overall rating down to three stars. The menu was difficult for us to understand, even with the written English instructions, and communication with the only server was challenging. There were also a few service details ...that could have been handled better. We accidentally spilled a soup, and although the server removed the tray, she did not offer a replacement and also took away my drink without returning it. In addition, my husband had a sprained ankle and was uncomfortable sitting in the middle of the room with his knee bent. We would have appreciated being offered a corner table or another seating arrangement, especially since other seats appeared to be available. Overall, we enjoyed the dinner because the food was excellent and the space beautiful, but the experience was not as positive as it could have been with more attentive service.
