“Outstanding Hitsumibashi”
The Hitsumibashi menu with unagi was amazing. The many condiments suited the different approaches with the unagi very well and the unagi had very pleasant smokey notes. The glaze of the unagi was outstanding. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. A very very good experience!

“Must try in Nagoya!”
Even without reservation, we can get a nice table, very happy! We had t the Hitsumabushi set and tried all the 6 different types of eating, very tasty!
