I had the Yuba Dosue course. It was my first time eating kaiseki focusing on tofu. I enjoyed seeing tofu cooked in different ways and presented so beautifully. My favorite was the soy milk gratin! It was rich and tasty. I also had fun making yuba at the table. The staff taught us how to make yuba, a...nd they also taught us the best way to enjoy each of the other dishes. I think Japanese tofu cuisine deserves more attention. The meal was a special experience!

Before eating here, I didn't understand anything about tofu. It seemed almost tasteless to me. After this experience, I still don't understand everything but I have definitely re-evaluated it. This is an outstanding restaurant that offers numerous tofu dishes. We ordered a set and enjoyed everything.... As much as we had good tofu, we haven't had any more at this level throughout our vacation in Japan. The staff is very friendly and the prices honest. Highly recommended!

My tongue is so happy! I was able to eat WELL for a reasonable price. I did see some Bonita flakes on the tempura tofu, but the rest felt safe. My sister eats meat and had a similar set of small tasty dishes, but also had mackerel and beef. I would definitely come back here 10/10

Food is average... As compared to those places I have eaten in Kyoto. Service is poor. No English menu and the staff did not explain the food. Not recommended.

This restaurant is a part of Suntory group, a Japanese whisky company. We ate a lunch there. They offered free refill for Oboro-Tofu, which was pretty good. The restaurant is a part of Osaka station building; location cannot be more convenient. You can get there five minutes on foot after getting of...f the train at one of the biggest and busiest stations in Japan. If you are in downtown Osaka and want to eat Tofu, this is the quickest place.
