“Excellent! Must visit!”
An unassuming hole in the wall restaurant. Very authentic. A real gem! Their service is above and beyond! The owners were very sweet and engaging. They even gave me and my mom a souvenir! We really love this restaurant! Will visit it again when we go back to Kyoto. Two thumbs up!

“Secret but wonderful”
We found this small restaurant via TripAdvisor and thankfully we went there. The family who owns it was extremely friendly and helped us in finding a good choice on the menu. If you have the chance, go there. It was one of the best traditional Japanese experiences we had.
