“Decent food, lovely setting”
Located in the basement of Hilton Plaza West. Really nice ambience and decor, staff very friendly, good atmosphere. Menu in English was available. Pretty varied menu, not the most amazing Chinese food I’ve ever eaten, but it was decent, portion sizes were good and it was reasonably priced for an eve...ning dinner.,

“good lunch price/quality , nice to try the menu offer.”
Looking for lunch we encountered this chinese place, welcoming & friendly. Lunch menu was diverse and had good portions including dessert & free refilled tea. Good try for chinese in Japan!
