“unbelievably delicious - almost raw beef!!!!”
Having now been to this 4th floor restaurant outside Yokohama Eki (Station) three times already, I can safely say that this place is ABSOLUTELY DELECTABLE. But its not just the food that is remarkable, but the people. the waiters are very hospitable, very helpful, and friendly, especially to a Daij...in. Its a modern looking place, serving these brilliantly prepared Beef Cuts, with light and flavorful sauces. Based on the cut, the waiter suggest how many SECONDS to drag the cut over the flame and which sauce you should use. A must-go place for all carnivorous Yokohama visitors.
