This cozy little spot is famous for its Yukhoe... bowl lunch, and for good reason!🍽 I arrived right at noon when they opened — and the place was already buzzing with hungry fans. The minimalist interior felt calm and comfortable, perfect for a solo lunch or a quiet break in the city😊 ⸻ 🍽 Salt Yukhoe Bowl (Double Serving – ¥3,300) (Single ¥1,800 / Triple ¥4,800 – Only 8 servings per day) When the bowl arrived — wow‼️ A mountain of tender, glistening raw beef sat proudly atop the rice, shining like red jewels in a treasure chest💎🥩 Alongside came a fluffy egg-drop soup and a crisp salad — the perfect warm-up before diving into the main event. Breaking the golden yolk and mixing it through the beef created a rich, silky texture.
