Bar Smoke Kotobuki Ibushikobo

We went to Bar Smoked on a whim and ate one of the best meals we ever had, It's a one-man show...the man who seated us also waited on us, prepared the meal, and washed up afterwards. Because he is doing everything, there is a bit of a wait, so dont g I if you are in a hurry. I am not exaggerating w...hen I say it was Michelin quality food. Everything from the presentation to the unique and subtle flavors was perfect. The vegetables were amazing, and the short ribs the best i have ever had. The whole.meal cost us $50 US, which is less than half of what we would have to pay for that quality in the states. Highly recomend.
